Question

My Boy Otto Mack
My 11 month old English bulldog is having a very tuff time with some type of
skin rash that leaves these red blotches on his back,and neck. they go away for
a little while some times for a week and then they come back. I thought it was
an allergies from flea saliva. But I see no fleas on him and I check almost daily.
Can you help him. thank you Zack Fort Pierce, Fl.
