Alternative Medicine for Pets/Vomiting and yellow bile

Question
Hi, Jezi is my 8 1/2 yr old female Great Dane.  She has been vomiting off and on since 12/25. My vet gave her a shot of something followed by metoclopramine 10mg, 6 per day for 3 days and a bland diet of rice and boiled hamburger; I'm feeding 4 small meals per day which seems to help.  When I added a small amount of her regular food (Canidae dry)she vomited. This morning she spit up a small amount of yellow bile. Any idea what's going on, or what I can do for her

Answer
Phyllis, could it be pancreatic troubles ?  I wonder if he could check her blood for infection?  Your Jezi should be better by now!
I can offer you some supplements...

If it is pancreatic your Jezi will need antibiotics.

Let me know what the vet says.... It could be more serious than just a little virus.

BEST of Luck
