Question
any way to reduce or treat two abnormal and malignant lumps on my dogs prostate? he is 14 yrs old and my vet(who is great) says he might last 3-4 months before he would need to be put down. also said chemo or prescription drug would only give a few xtra months-if at all. i would sincerely appreciate any natraul ways to fight this or prolong his life(as long as he is comfortable) thank you-steve

I am so sorry your boy has cancer.  We have had some luck with reducing the inflammation with NuVET Plus supplements and Turmeric powder.  I am so sorry he is not a candidate for any treatment from the vet.  At least the Vet is honest with you and not takeing your money for testing that would not help.

Here are the two supplements I work with to reduce any kind of swelling, inflammation and pain.

1.  Turmeric powder - ( the kind you use for baking)  give a pinch of this powder in every meal.
NOT too much - just a nice pinch and mix well - Turmeric has been known to reduce inflammation.
Many Cancer patients add Turmeric to a nutritional program.

2.  NuVET Plus supplements - Great immune system booster and helps to also reduce swelling and any inflammation.  I would have your dog take a double dosage per day.
