Question
Is this NuVet really good for lymphoma in dogs? I do not want to subject my dog to anymore than he had to endure getting the FNA from 4 different sites today. Plus he had to fill 2 tubes with blood to test for anything else which could have enlarged his lymp glands. I love my dog so much and would pay anything to have something that will really work for him. My husband died of thyroid cancer, so I do not put much faith in chemo treatments.

As for HOME-Cooking :
The canine cancer diet is very healing and soothing:
It won't cure but it can sure help the Quality of your dog's life

here is the canine cancer recipe - you may be able to get this into your boy:

  A.   ( Cancer diet)

(one meal for a 100 lb dog, or two meals for a 50 lb dog, or four meals for a 25 pound dog)

- One lb Lower Fat hamburger, cook with small amount of butter
- 1 scrambled or soft boiled
- 1/2 cup steamed or boiled broccoli ( you can grind this )/ blender?
- 1/2 cup cooked yellow crookneck squash
- 4 oz whole milk yogurt

Cook meat, eggs and vegetables and mix.
When cooled, add yogurt.

( MUST add supplement - see above)

   B.   (Cancer diet)

- One lb ground pork, cook with small amount of butter
- 1 , scrambled or soft boiled
- 1/2 cup steamed or boiled Bok Choy or Chinese cabbage

( IF he will eat it???? TEST a small amount of meat and cabbage first BEFORE you mix it all in)
- 1/2 cup zucchini - you can grind this up....

- 4 oz Whole Milk Yogurt

Cook meat, eggs and vegetables and mix. When cooled, add yogurt.

( you can Try Lamb rather than Pork, if you would like)
Always Cook all the meats/ no raw feeding....
