Question
Hi there!

I have a year old Beagle who has developed a histiocytoma on her front elbow.  The vet has given me some steroid drops and says it should go away on its own.  However, I was wondering if there are any natural remedies I might try.

Thanks so much!

Becky

Answer
Hi Becky and beagle ....  Don't worry, your vet is correct about this should go away on it's own.
Give it at least 3-4 months to fall off or desolve.
You can make sure you are feeding a good quality food and taking a few supplements.
The vet gave you the steroid drops that will help with any itching.
That is the main side effect of histiocytomas, itchy.

You can also take some ESTER C ( 250 mg per day)
Also, a Vitamin E  150 IU per day
and 1 NuVET Plus supplement:

Don't worry about cancer as this tends to be NOT cancerous.

GET well soon!
