Hi Marie!
I have 2 female Border Collies, Abby & Ruthy.  Abby is such a fun dog but is so often bothered by ear infection's as well as constant licking of her feet. I had her tested for allergies and she tested allergic to 27 different things.  Twelve of them being food.  I switched her food to Solid Gold - Holistic. I bake all my dog treats so I know she is not getting any food she's allergic to. I also give her shots once a month which contain all the outside elements we can't do anything about. But, she constantly has an ear infection and is always licking her one foot in particular. I know these infections are caused by yeast (and she allergic to yeast) as the Vet did the swab test on her.  So, after reading many questions and answers here I decided to try some herbs.  However, I don't know how much to give her. I'm hoping you can help.  Usually with her Solid Gold both girls get some veggies as well as one TBS. cottage cheese.  Today I stopped the cottage cheese and gave her one TBS. of all natural yogurt.  I have purchased Natures Sunshine L Acidophilus, 420 mg each.  Abby weighs apx. 60/65 lbs. How many should I give her?  I'm also planning on giving her Solid Gold flaxseed oil as well as Seaweed powder with flaxseed meal.  I'm sure the container will tell me how much to give her.  Am I headed in the right direction in trying to get this yeast problem under control? Can you add or recommend something different?  As for Ruthy, she has no problem but would still like to boost her immune system with what I plan on giving Abby.  Ruthy weighs apx. 70 lbs. How much Acidophilus should I give her?

Hi Kate, Sounds like you are doing a great job..... Glad to see you bake all the treats they eat... Solid gold is a great food!
I would stop the cottage cheese and the yogurt.  Just give the Probiotic, I like Flora Force by Natures Sunshine-
I would give each gal 2 Flora Forces per day - here is the link: YOU could give the one you already purchased but I sure have great luck with the Flora Force:
I would do 2 Flora Forces per day for 10 days and then go to 1 per day for 30 days.

GREAT for the skin/coat, and immune system...
For you - you can take some ...( you the human)...
Good for the Gut. ( you can take 2 per day to clean your intestines)
I like to tell OUR humans to do this 2 x per year for a few weeks..
