Alternative Medicine for Pets/english bulldog with swollen neck

Question
Yesterday Roxy's face was very swollen. Suspected insect bite or allergy. Gave her 3 doses of benydryl, much better by evening.  Today she has tennis ball sized soft lump under her neck. Do you think the swelling drained down into her neck.  What the heck??

Wow Joyce - I am sure glad you gave the Benadryl...But, she may need to see the vet because of possible infection from the bug bite.
I would get her into a vet today or tomorrow....  If you have more Benadryl give her another 50 mgs... If she has not had any in the past 6 hrs.
YOU know they can get infections very fast... POOR kid.
