Question
QUESTION: My 85lb Aussie Mix named Eli has a confirmed torn ACL.
He cannot run anymore but can still go for a long walk once in the morning and a shorter one later in the day.
He has a limp but not as bad when he first needed Ramydal.
I cannot afford the recommended (Animal Specialty) surgery and have him on Gluco, MSM, Fish Oil, and now have begun giving him shark cartilage. How much should I be giving him and is the shark cartilage even wise?>
Thank You
ANSWER: Hi Joel - I am not sure on the dosage for shark cartilage ....
You will have to do some research on this:
Here is a link to a very good product made for dogs:

Also, when you run out of the MSM and Gluco tablets - consider the NuJOINT Plus product - Wonderful and it sure does work on 95 % of all my clients who take the product...

QUESTION: Thank you so much Marie,
I am looking into holistic approaches as well.
I've been on-line researching how others have handled torn acl's without surgery.
Have you had any experience with clients in that realm?
Joel
