Question
Hi, I have a five year old golden named Sara.  She has been getting into my neighbors garbage lately.  Now she is dragging her butt alot.  My neighbor thinks she has worms.  Well today I found worms in her poop.  My neighbor who is elderly says to give her a can of sardines because the salt will kill the worms and she will expel them.  Is this true?  If not does over the counter medication work well enough, because I can't afford to take her to the vet right now .  Thanks for your help

Hi Billie Jo and Sara..... I don't know about the sardines?
How about you go to the local pet store and look for panacure or something like that.  Tell the pet store folks you need something for worms.  ( they will help you)

Also, I am referring you over to the NuVET Folks:

Also, buy some NuVET wafers and give her 1 per day - NuVET will help to balance out her gut and help to  get rid of the worms...
YOU must use something from the pet store along with the NuVET -

NuVET will help to keep you gal health - it is the Number one pet vitamin in the USA.... 1000s and 1000s of Goldens take NuVET each day.
