Our puppy Lucy is 5 months old and we have been feeding her twice a day.We feed her Nitro puppy food. At her age does she need any Vitamins? Also what kind of shampoo is good for her?My son gave her a bath yesterday using human shampoo. Is that bad?? How often should we bathe her?

Yes, you are correct about the Shampoo - Don't use the human shampoo on your Lucy.
Please look for a good Holistic and Natural Puppy Shampoo.
Please don't wash her more than 3 x per month - otherwise, her skin will Dry out.
For daily clean ups you can use a Waterless Foam Bath like Miracle coat foam.
Miracle Coat Foam bath ( waterless bath) can be used with a baby wipe.
For a REAL BAD mess, she will need a tub bath with pup shampoo.

As far as the Nutro pup food : It is ok but has too many fillers in the ingredients.
I would slowly switch her to Innova PUPPY or Wellness Puppy - you can do the Nutro and mix in one of the new foods - A 50:50 mix for about 30 days....and then go to the new better quality food.
Nutro is just an average food and you can get much better for your Lucy.
