Alternative Medicine for Pets/Bichons very picky eaters

Question
I have tried almost every food dry and canned and also done home cooking for my boys and still at times they will not eat..They get sick and throw-up yellow bile sometimes and white foamy liquid sometimes. I have had them to several different vets and no one can tell me whats wrong with them. I have done the allergy testing that was very expensive and had no real conclusive results.
They scratch and get ear infections and bite their paws at times. They don't scratch 24/7 but they do scratch until they bleed at times and they do get sick and throw-up,and wont eat.
They have anal gland issues..which I am sure is due to their bad eating habits.
One of them is on a 10 mg pepcid daily and he still throws-up at times. The vet thinks he has IBS.. He gave him meds for that and it seemed better but now its right back to the same thing. Cant do food trials because they wont eat the same food for days....They are super stubborn that way.
They will only eat once a day and that is at night. They will go all day at times with nothing to eat even if I put food down for them. They like to eat late in the evening when they do eat.. They want to sleep all day...and play at night...
They are now 18 months old. They are Bichon male litter mates and very devoted to each other.
I am at my wits end...mentally and financially.
I really don't know how to help them.
Please Please Please can you help me..
Thank-you for your patience in this long posting.

Hi Bichons and Family:  Wow, I see you have done so much for the doggie kids!
Here are some simple suggestions that the vet did not tell you.

1.  A Probiotic is a must for the boys.... Please get Acidophalus at the local Walmart or other store - in the Human vitamin area:  Please purchase 1 billion CFUS of Acidophalus and give each boy 1/2 per day - HIDE is cottage cheese - wet dog food - a small beef hot dog.
Please get this into each boy for the next 2 months, daily.
This will balance out the belly ( yeast) and the skin ( itchy ears ....)
VERY safe and easy on the stomach.

2.  Please cook for your boys - no more commercial foods- this is easy and can be cooked up and frozen into individual freezer baggies.
SEE here -  The Following are Bland diets for your dogs - for dog with IBS -
