Question
I have an O.E.B @ 110LBS an sometimes he gets bumps on his skin, that when I touch them it makes him itch.
The other thing is when this happens he stinks
•
I feed him IAMS, the Red Bag. for easy digestion.

I took him to the Vet when this happen before and they explained that maybe he ate a bug that caused him an allergic reaction?? from the inside out.
It almost seems like bumps that turn into puss balls that makes it stink like an infection.

It doesn't bother him, until it is touched than he acts like its an itch.

I just know it's winter and bugs are really no where to be found

Answer
Hi Bob, Sounds like Environmental allergies with an overgrowth of Yeast Bacteria.  You can always have a vet do a Mircoscopic skin scrape.  It's an easy test to see what the cells look like from the infected area.
Otherwise, See here: I have lots of Experience with this:

allergy dog ; dog food and supplements;

I would be glad to  help --- Let's get him on some supplements and healthy treats:

I have a 97 % success rate with dogs and cats following my advice:

- Let's get this ordered;

NuVET Plus is an allergy Blaster - Immune System Booster - and helps to Reduced rashes and stops the excessive itching.

Helps to "fight off" the allergies that are hitting your dog. Your boy could be allergic to many things in his environment.  ( *Many times you can't control the environmental allergens)

HOT Spot Spray:
Ask the NuVET folks to send you the Hot Spot Tea Tree Spray -
The Hot spot TEA tree spray can be used daily on any areas that are itchy.... Smells great - Very soothing.
I LOVE that stuff - I want to put it on myself..

LAST -   A MUST ***
Please go to CVS, Walgreens or Walmart for some PEARLS - it's a probiotic - you want the one with Acidophilus ---
Ask the pharmacy to help you -  must be the Probiotic one - they make a few kinds in the Pearls name.

Give him 2 PEARLS for 60 days - He may have an over growth of yeast bacteria in the ears and even on his skin..  Yeast can be in the blood stream, too.
Excessive Yeast is a side effect of allergies.
It's good for him and can't hurt...  Just for 60 days.
Pearls is make for people but pets take it all the time.
