I'm about to get my english bulldog spayed, but im very concerned with the effects of anesthesia. Is there any advice you can give me before taking her? She is 1 and a half years old and she has had exactly one heat. Maybe you could also give me some good questions to ask the vet before surgery?

Hi Brenn,  They can use an I.V. to put her into a sleeping mode.
Ask your vet if they have worked on pugs, bostons, english bullies and frenchies....
Try to find a vet that works on this type of breed.
Don't just let any Vet operate on your baby.
Call around and even visit some offices.
Call around to breeders and ask who they use.
