Question
I have 4 ferrets. One of them has a swollen inner ear. There is black wax/dried blood on it. I thought it was ear mites, but out of the four, only the one ferret has it and its only in one ear. I read that its likely that all other pets would be affected by it as well, and that it happens in both ears. Do you know what this is? And is there any home remedies that can help clear it up?

Answer
Hi Courtney;  I wonder if your little Ferret has excessive yeast related to allergies?
He also could have had a minor ear infection:
The following should help heal up this problem.
Please Remember that I am Not a Vet-  Seek out your local Vet for more advice on this matter:

With that said,  See if the following Natural optons help:

Give this little one some PROBIOS  -
just use the Cat dosage per day - SEE label-

I sell Probios here:  Quick shipping and Low cost.

This is what it looks like:

YOU can mix this into all the Ferret's food - It's good to use for 60 days.
After that, put the product aside and use again in 90 days.
This is not needed every day -
GREAT for skin, intestines, immune system and general good health.

Please give your little Ferret NuVET Plus - you can buy the power or the wafers-  the label is for dogs and cats but we have 1000s of Ferrets taking this supplement each day:  Helps to reduced ear infections and allergy problems;  Also, NuVET helps with digestion and the utilization of nutrients.  It even reduces swelling ( reduces inflammation)
