i have a 3 year old female spayed bernese she has  another yeast infection in her left ear she also gets bouts of runny stools.she eats innova dry and blue buffalo canned.the vet put her on proviable d/c.she uses advantage flea protection and intercepter for heart worm proctecion.the vet said she may have a food sensativity have you heard of great life grain free dog food?any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.thanks nancy

Hi Nancy!  I deal with this problem often.  Many of our clients have ear troubles and other allergy symptoms.  
I looked up the Great Life dog food, Go with the  Wild Salmon.  ( Any would be fine but I find many do like the Salmon flavor)
Make sure you do get the grain-free only.

You may want to try a stronger probiotic than the Proviable.  I have had great luck with PEARLs -
