Alternative Medicine for Pets/Golden not eating & vomitting

Hi,

My golden Logan seems to be sick.  He is drinking water but not eating and vomiting for the last few days.  He is also tried more than he usually is.  Logan is 13 years old overweight but he usually always eats.  Your help is very much appreciated.

Dear Rick,

It could be that Logan ate something over the holidays that totally upset his intestinal tract, but unless he comes around very soon, I would recommend that you get him to a vet. It could be that he has eaten something that is either toxic or something that has become lodged in his intestines or elsewhere and is causing problems.  Either of these could present very dangerous results, especially for an older dog.
