Alternative Medicine for Pets/Natural contraceptive.

Question
Dear Silva,
Is there any natural contraceptive for a female cat, please?

Answer
Hi Lynnette
There are certainly many herbs that help with fertility, but I do not know of any that assist with contraception.  I think your best solution is to have her de-sexed by the vet.  You will find that she is a much calmer cat, and she wont be attacked or followed by male cats when she is in "heat".
If you do not want to de-sex her, then your only other alternative is to keep her indoors or outdoors in a cat-run.
I hope this is helpful.
Silva.
