What does Nick have to say about his sister?
Paeyeneers was charged with conspiracy and first-degree murder of her husband, Floyd Thomas “Tommy” Paeyeneers.
He was found by police Nov. 29, 1999, with multiple gunshot wounds — he died several hours later.
Throughout the trial, the state produced more than 30 witnesses, including Philip Meadows, who said he and Paeyeneers had an affair.
Meadows signed an agreement with the state in March in which he agreed to testify against Paeyeneers.
Meadows said he and Paeyeneers planned to murder Tommy Paeyeneers together but said the murder was initially Jennifer Paeyeneers’ idea.

I sat in the trial. I know everything that happened, and how it happened. Tommy was my close friend. He had many friends who still miss him today. He gave Jennifer's brother and his band their start and even set up audio equipment and booked shows for them in Stillwater. They boy who pulled the trigger was a friend of Nick, the brother. Jennifer is a very cold blooded killer. They tried to poison him before they shot him. This is not hearsay.

"What does Nick have to say about his sister???" Why does he have to answer for his sister? He's not going to say that she's a freakin' psychopathic cold blooded killer, but she is. He's not going to say that she'd rather her husband be killed instead of divorcing him and risk loosing part of her tiny little insignificant business, but she did. He's not going to say that she only had to rot in jail for a fraction of her sentence and is now out running a new hair cutting business while Tommy roams around in the afterlife forever shaking his head in utter disgust because she was able to do this to him, but she's out. He's not going to say that Tommy's friends now have to put up with seeing her around town laughing and having fun while they now have to try not to stare and ache from this burning sensation billowing up inside, but they do. Personally I couldn't care less about what Nick has to say about his f__ked up sister, but I would like to know what he thought about Tommy.

WOW...people are still obsessing over these incorrect facts 11 years later? People have a lot of free time on their hands, or obviously no lives of their own. I was at the trial too, and know the family VERY well. Obviously none of these commentors do. It's clear that she and the family have many supporters and that's never going to change, no matter how bad anyone talks about her or spreads lies and rumors. Funny, no one would DARE say any of things to her face!!! Get over yourselves, move on....everyone else has!

GetALife, it's ironic you choose that alias. I wish Tommy could, but he's dead. You do know that, right??? 11 whole years?!?! You must be young, or just naive. I do feel bad for her family, Tommy's family & friends, and actually Philip's family. You're right about not DARING to say any of this to her face, shoot (subconsciously sayin' that, of course), she's already had one person knocked off ... why not another? "Get over yourselves, move on ... everyone else has!" Everyone except maybe Tommy of course. Heck, it was Memorial Day yesterday, are Tommy's friends not aloud to remember him on that day? Sorry to bother you with this post; you can get back to you're more important Play Station & hair gelled life.

Hey, "Getalife' You need to look up a few words in the dictionary - namely, Murder, Friendship, and Loyalty. When A friend or family member is MURDERED, friendship and loyalty automatically prevent you from "getting over it"! Are you freaking kidding me?? I feel very sorry for you, as you have one hell of a rude awakening coming when you lose someone you love. You need to not forget that someone died here -in a horrible way - at the hands of someone he trusted. and as for the facts... well, maybe you should get YOURS straight before you post something so freaking ridiculous!

Can anybody explain the details of this case. I have tried researching it but a lot of the facts and case have appeared to have been covered up. How did they tie Jennifer and Phillip to the murder. Jennifer initially told the polie it was a robbery turned homicide. So I assume the police were looking for the man who tried to rob them. How did the investigation turn back around on Jennifer and Phillip.
This is such a sad story, and I am sorry for your loss. I am just hoping for more details.

I believe Jennifer and Phillip were suspects in the very beginning. Tommy had confronted Jennifer about Phillip a few months before the murder. She told him they were just friends. Tommy came back from a business trip and Jennifer was not home. Having a hunch, he drove by Phillip's house and Jennifer's car was in the driveway. He knocked on the door, found Jennifer had spent the night there. They fought, and Tommy slapped her. Cops were called and Tommy was arrested. The cops knew about the affair before the murder, so there is the connection. It didn't take a genius to figure it out.

Jennifer is now my aunt. And I'm hearing about this all now.

JesusAmerica, please do not lie about that. I highly doubt that you are related to her at all. Besides, I believe she is the kindest woman I've met, no matter all of this above. She is an amazing woman that I am proud to say is part of /MY/ family, not yours. Maybe you should think before you comment. Not saying your comment was anything slanderous, just don't be spreading things around that are untrue.
I'm not going to turn her away because of these things that could have or could not have happened, I afore her, as my name suggests, and so do the rest of us.

I find it very sad that she had her husband killed, got what was amounted to a slap-on-the-wrist, and now owns a hair salon. She's able to go on with her life while Tommy does not have one. This world is sick. There are people getting life for petty drug offences and she's living her dream. Karma can be a real b*tch.. I hope she get's to know that real well one day!
Before anyone says that I don't know her.. I grew up with her in Stillwater. I knew Tommy, too. So, don't even try!
