Alternative Music/industrial late 80's early 90s song search

Question
I'm trying to find information on a song that I would classify as "industrial dance" from the late 80s or perhaps very early 90s.  It was mainly instrumental if I recall correctly and the hook was a synthesized voice repeating "you cannot know, you cannot know, you cannot know my power".  Sorry...but it has been a loooong time and that's the best I can do for clues.   Hope you can help!  Thanks, Tony

Answer

My best guess is Mystical Maniacs "You Cannot Know My Power"

I can't find any sound samples, though.

If you can read German, this site has one for sale:

I'd check ebay. Be sure to check the "worldwide" option on your search, so european sellers offers will show up.
