Question
I heard a bluesey song that had a lead chainsaw instead of a lead guitar. I don't know the name of the song or the band, but it came out in the 90s, I think. any ideas?

Thanks for your attention.
Unfortunately I can't recall any guitarist that plays with a chainsaw instead the guitar, but I know some guitar masters that sound like if they were playing with a chainsaw, it is the "chainsaw guitar" style. They use to combine some special techiniques like jaw-dropping with leggato playing patterns, in general lines. Good examples are Eric Johnson, Allan Holdsworth, David T. Chastain, Son Seals, The Black Keys (superb hard blues band), "Chainsaw" Dupont, to name some.
