Hi Kamil,  I am an older guy and was listening to some techno music.  Are people actually playing drums or keyboards or is everything computer generated.  If it is computer generated is the music played by programming the computer to speed up, slow down, slightly change the melody or rhythm, etc.?  Just curious.  Thanks very much.

To answer your question, it really depends on the song.  Though, I believe 90-95% are computer made/keyboard made drumes.  The music can be made to speed up on computer, there are many programs to do such.

That is one of the major ones.  You can compose your own such music with it as well, and make your own tracks.
