Question
How long can one be in stage six of dementia?

Answer
Hello Maryalice,

I assume your asking how long an individual can stay in the end stages of dementia?

I'm not sure of the circumstances you are asking about, but, depending on any "artifical" and "supplemental" interventions, an individual may reside a fairly long time with his/her "core" needs being met.  However, each individual is unique depending on his/her other medical conditions.
