Question
My dad, whose 74, has always had a little mean-spiritedness in him but we've all noticed that he is mean and cranky all the time now. There doesn't seem to be a lot of other signs, just this one. When is it time to intervene? Alzheimer's runs in his family.

Answer
Hi Michelle, in a word "Yesterday".  Even if there isn't any other signs at least you will have a baseline so that if he gets worse you will have the evidence.

I am sorry it took so long to answer this, but I just got the email today Monday Aug. 6th.  don't know where it has been!  Paula
