Afer i asked my husband if he would suppport me becoming a suicide girl he had offered the idea of us building our own site to post my pictures on and charge for a membership to see all photos. we're unsure of how to find the rules and regulations on doing this (we're in MD) and we are having so much trouble finding a free or lowcost website builder that can protect the pages with the pictures until they have purchased the membership. is there anything you can tell us to help? (thanks)

Regarding adult membership website software:  You may want to consider a blog/content management system such as Wordpress or Drupal, both of which can have restricted members access areas.  Those options are free.  Or you might want to consider a commercial membership software such as:

http://www.amember.com/

Then you will just need to find a payment processor to handle credit card/debit/cheque transactions from members.  There are a few companies that provide this to adult content websites, including CCBill.com, Verotel.com, and Epoch.com among others.
