About Greg
Expertise I have been wrestling for 4 years and I can teach anyone a lot about wrestling. My coachs have told me in the past that i can be a great wrestler and that one day i will be on top. I like to help other wrestlers be the best they can be by helping them out when they need it. So if you have any questions about moves of if you should go to wrestle please ask me about it. Please do not send me stuff about the WWE.
I use to wrestling but I currently do not. Although I am not currently wrestling, I still remember the hard times I went through which made me stronger and I like to pass on my knowledge to other generations.
Experience I have about 4 years experience in wrestling.

Question hi I'm 12 and i live in England and want to start wrestling when i move to USA when I'm 18 but until then are there any things i could do to ready myself
Answer Well 12 is a bit young but I would start your jogging and things that won't affect your height. Jogging will help you build up endurance, also sit ups and push ups will help your muscles to grow. When you feel yourself stop growing, then I would start to lift weights and weight train.
Just because you are 12 doesn't mean that at 15 or 16 you can't do wrestling. Join a club when you are 15 and start learning the basics about wrestling and compete in tournaments. That would really give you a leg up on the wrestling world.
As for doing moves by reading about them, i would suggest against it because you could be doing the wrong steps for that move and you don't want that. I would wait till you actually have a coach to teach you about wrestling. For now weight train, 15 join a wrestling club and compete and then when you are 18 you will have a good background. Good luck with wrestling.
