AboutGreg Expertise I have been wrestling for 4 years and I can teach anyone a lot about wrestling. My coachs have told me in the past that i can be a great wrestler and that one day i will be on top. I like to help other wrestlers be the best they can be by helping them out when they need it. So if you have any questions about moves of if you should go to wrestle please ask me about it. Please do not send me stuff about the WWE.
I use to wrestling but I currently do not. Although I am not currently wrestling, I still remember the hard times I went through which made me stronger and I like to pass on my knowledge to other generations.
Experience I have about 4 years experience in wrestling.
Question ive been wrestling for couple years now and have yet to get cauliflower ear, but i really dont want to get it. I dont use headgear and practice, only in real matches. Do I really need to start using headgear? Like what are the chance i would get it if i dont use headgear?
Answer That just depends on how dirty your mats are. Such as do you mop it before and after practice with a cleaning agent? Do you have to take off your shoes before entering the mat? If the answers are no then your chances of getting cauliflower ear is high. It's pretty common too so I would say you should start using your headgear unless you want your ear to be drained. Also, if you have a protective foam that you put on before you practice, it would help as well to prevent it. Your always taking a chance without using headgear.
