QuestionMy name is Tashanna and i have a situation about what i am gonna do in life after i graduate high school. My best friend and I have a music group. We dance sing and so more. my problem is that I'm doing music and i like being around music and doing it. it's like when i do music it sometimes feel that i don't have enough lyrics to express how i feel in my music. when i do music i can think about a couple of song that i want to do but at the same time i don't think i am good enough for me to be doing it for the rest of my life but i really want to make a business out of what i am doing. can you please help me out!
AnswerFirst off, if you truly want to pursue a music career, do it! Don't let anyone tell you not to.
If it doesn't work out, there are plenty of options careerwise that include music. You could go into the music business and deal more with the technical end such as producing and arranging. You could pursue a music education career and become a music teacher in a school. You could also just minor in music in college in order to keep music in your life, but major in something else you love.
