Question
i have a 1974 amc javelin automatic on the column i needed to replace the key lock and when we removed the column and the lock we noticed the little plastic gear ( i think lets the car shift) is broke i can't find the name of the part or even where to find one if you would know please help thanks

Then call Collier AMC in Pikeville, NC @ 919-242-4462. Ask Mr. Collier if he has one.
He is an old AMC dealer and has hundreds of parts cars sitting on his lot.
