American Motors/Pacer Problem

Question
I have a 1975 Pacer with a 4.2 258 I6. Recently the car has been bucking at low RPM.  Recently all the vacuum hoses were replaced. I just had a bunch of work done to it to hopefully end this problem but even after I had new spark plugs, wires, cap and rotor, EGR valve, exhaust back pressure sensor, exhaust manifold, and the carb rebuilt it is still continuing to buck.  The only other thing I think it could be would be a failing ignition coil. Am I on the right track or is there something that I'm missing?  Also the fuel pump and fuel filter were replaced about 3000 miles before this problem came about so I don't think it's fuel related.

Answer
A weak ignition coil will usually show bad when under load, as during hard acceleration.
The most common cause of your condition is carburetion. It is important to properly make ALL the adjustments on the carburetor. i.e float level, metering rod adjustment, acceleration pump, etc.
How does it run at highway speeds? Does engine temperature or vehicle speed make a difference?
