American Motors/Steering bushing for 1963 Classic 770

Question
I have a 63' Classic 770(287 w/TorqueFlite 727) that I'm having steering issues with. It's got power steering and is developing some "wiggle" in the steering wheel. I've narrowed it down to the bushing on the steering arm that passes through the ram from the steering box.  What is the proper name of that bushing? I'm trying to get it specified/named so I can order it. Also, since my parts store doesn't have 63' Rambler in their computer, is it a standard Bendix system for that year, or is there a crossover system? Thanks

Answer
What you are describing sounds like the pittman arm mounted on the steering sector shaft.
Do you need the pittman arm or the sector shaft bushing located inside the steering gear box?
Most likely, the pittman arm is worn. If that's the case, remove it and bring it to your local NAPA store. They should be able to find one to fit. They should also have cross reference numbers in their catalogs. Go to this site:
