Question
Hi Kevin I have a 1966 amc ambassador 990 4 door sedan the problem I have is my brake lights , turn signals , marker lights , and dash note lights don't work  neither does the gas gauge or temp  gauge . If I turn on the head lights the head lights work and the tail lights come on  I just purchased the car  any sugestions you have will greatly be apreciated I have.checked fuses and bulbs and they are fine

Answer
Sorry,
I do not have a wiring diagram for your 66 Ambassador, try to find one.
There is a CVR mounted on the back of the instrument cluster that controls the gauges. You might need a new one.
Without a wiring diagram it would be too difficult to check for anyhing more than fuses.
