thanks for your information its been really helpfull. Well i founf out that the brand new battery that i bougth it was bad it wasnt holding any charge so i got it replace and is working like a charm. and if you dont mind i would like to ask you about the wipers. is there any other way i can make them work faster? rigth now i have to hold the switch over till the star working wich it can be a while do you know of another way to start them faster or is that the way the vacum wiper work?

once again thanks for your help

Answer
It is possible that your wiper motor or pump might be worn out. Run a vacuum line directly from the intake manifold to the wiper motor. The wipers should operate with the engine idling. If not, replace the wiper motor. You can use a vacuum gauge to measure the vacuum of the fuel pump/vacuum pump with the engine idling.  Check online for prices.
