American Motors/brake booster for 72' Javelin

Question
Hi Kevin, My 72' Javelin has manual disc (front) drums back. It brakes good except for the pedal pressure required. What parts do I need to add a booster. I have knee problems and they get to hurting in traffic. MANY THANKS

Answer
You should be able to bolt up a booster to your Javelin and use the same master cylinder. Be sure to get the correct booster, one for a V-8 w/disc brakes. Try an auto parts store. Yours is a tandem booster. Run the vacuum line to the intake manifold.
