Answer
Tim,
I aplogize, but my experience is with vehicles made by American Motors Corporation. i.e. Gremlins, Hornets, Concords, Pacers, Matadors, etc. I do not have any experience with Pontiacs. I would recommend asking the GM or Pontiac expert. Or, find a wiring diagram for your vehicle at the library or book store. Another idea is to check out the web sight of the remote starter manufactuer. Sometimes, they have an 800 help line you can call. Good luck.
