Hi,I recently bought an Amiga 600 off ebay. The machine works when plugged in as the green light comes on but when plugged into the aerial on the television on channel 36 nothing appears but the black and white fuzzy screen. Am I missing a cable? Does the Amiga need tuning in? Hope you can help!

Hi Helen,

Providing you've tried the correct channel on your TV (each TV is different, so I don't know which channel would be correct for you), I suspect you'll need an A520 modulator to connect your Amiga's video correctly to the TV. Here's one that was for sale on eBay.com (the auction has ended, but this is the device):

You should be able to buy one from either ebay.com, amigakit.com, or softhut.com.

I should add that, unfortunately, I'm not at all familiar with how the Amiga directly (or indirectly) connects to modern digital TVs--I've been out of the Amiga loop for quite a while.
