Amiga Problems/Multiscan monitor settings on 3.9 WB

Question
before I installed 3.9 WB, my A4000T's wb refuse to use multiscan settings even after I dragged the mulitscan monitor from storage to devs, and the prefs does not show the mulitscan at all! so I opened the devs windows and it's still there?!? hmm I thought installing 3.9 would solve the problems, but it's still same problems.. I am using NSTC Toshbia TIMM monitor (rare!) and I have Dell 19 crt monitor for multiscan viewing ... I have NewTek's Flyer still in operation..

Answer
Hi John,

As long as you're sure that the monitor(s) you're wanting to use with your A4000T are capable of syncing to the vertical and horizontal rates, then you should be okay. I suspect what's needed though is a scandoubler of some kind--something like the item below, which lets you use most new LCD monitors with your Amiga:

One of the following solutions in the link below may also help (dealing with screenmode prefs and monitor files):

I hope this helps!
