Question
I purchased an A1200 last year and have loaded workbench 3.1 and everything
else successfully. Reciently i purchased two other disks in order to expand my
system IDE-max 97 and NETPCM010 with PCMCIA wireless card when I tried to
install the software I get Unable to open your tool ' Installer ' what is exactly
happing and why is ti only on these two disks when I click install. I tried other
installers but no success. Can you help me?

Hi Charles,

It sounds like either the tooltype in the .info icon is not set correctly (should read "C:Installer"), or you may have an old version of the Installer program. You may want to check Aminet to see if the version of Installer in your SYS:C directory is the latest available. You could try the following archive for a start, which is 100% compatible with the one included with AmigaOS:
