Hi there, just purchased Amiga 1200 & loads of games, however, I have never used one before, have an rf cable to connect to tv - the amiga power light comes on but nothing else at all (a black screen on the TV appears)
Can someone please help...........I have no idea what to do!!

Hi Ian,

I suspect that if you're not using an A520 RF Modulator as part of your hookup to the TV, that that's why the TV remains black (no signal). Here's a link to what this device looks like:

Just an RF cable by itself without this device won't do. :( You should be able to get one of these from eBay, or also Software Hut (www.softhut.com) or Amiga Kit (www.amigakit.com).
