I just bought an amiga 500. I´ve connected it to my tv with a scart. It shows the image of a hand holding a disk but it is all in a grey and white color. The disk is not light blue. What can be wrong. The caps lock blinks one time when turned on.

My first thought would be that the scart may be faulty by not rendering a proper color screen--the diskette color should indeed be blue (it's been that way since Kickstart 1.0). I would try replacing the scart with another unit, or perhaps an A520 RF modulator just to check. I don't think there's anything abnormal about the capslock key blinking--I believe it's just checking the keyboard on bootup.
