Amphibian/Salamander, Newt?

Question
I live in San Diego, California. What salamander has a shorter life span and can stand this temperature? Maybe a life span of 3-5 years (if it even exists).

Thanks!

Answer
Well, if you mean temperatures in San Diego most salamanders could handle it pretty well. It's warm enough that almost any would thrive in those conditions as long as they are provided with the proper habitat(substrate, humidity, etc). Most salamanders have a shorter life span. To try and list them all would be a bit overwhelming. I am not sure if you are asking about a captive salamander because you want a pet, or a wild salamander that you found...with that information, I could answer your question a little bit better.
