Amphibian/Toad with a swollen leg

Question
We have had 2 egyptian toads for over a year.  Today we noticed one of them has a swollen front left leg, very swollen and he is not jumping on it.  Everything else looks the same, I am not sure if the red bumps on his back were there before, but maybe.  We rarely take them out of the tank except for cleaning.  Any idea why his leg and foot would be swollen?  Or what we should do?

Answer
It sounds like he probably injured it somehow. If it is swollen, and he won't use it I would strongly recommend you take him to a vet. That is going to be your best option for healing. Separating the two of them so the other one can't bother him is probably a very good idea as well. Good Luck!
