I know this might be a bit on the outside of your expertise, but maybe you could point me in the right direction.
I've visited Peru several times and seen many of the ruins. This year I went to Greece and Egypt... WOW!

Is there a place online or a good book that compares the similarities between the early cultures of Peru and Egypt?
The more I see and learn, the more questions I have.

I’m sorry, but the early cultures of Peru and Egypt are not my field of expertise, as you say, and then I cannot help you as  I'd like to do.
I think however that there is no reliable place online that compares the similarities between the early cultures of Peru and Egypt, perhaps apart from some sites I list below, though I cannot bet on them being trustworthy:
