Question
what were the persian's attributes as rules?

Answer
Hello,

The insignia of royalty of the ruler of Persia, the so-called ‘King of Kings’, were his royal robe called “kandys”, i.e. a large piece of fabric that was draped around him, scepter, tiara which was a kind of round high headgear, bow, shield, as well a lotus flower.

See for example  a relief of Darius I the Great (who  ruled from 522 to 486 BC) at:

Also, see  a relief of Xerxes (who  ruled from 486 to 465 BC) at:

Regards,
Maria
