I don't recognize it, however the releif's information contains the word jusirsprudence.

Jurisprudence is the theory and philosophy of law. Students of jurisprudence aim to understand the fundamental nature of law, and to analyze its purpose, structure, and application.  

So, I deducting from the 'jurisprudence' as well as the central figure holding a book, this bas releif must have been on a building dealing with any of the following topics:


1  law
2  government
3  education
4  philosophy
5  society in general
