Question
Could you draw up a list of trade supplies and food supplies for a phoenician trading voyage 1000 BC?

Answer
Hello,

Here are the lists you asked me:

LIST OF TRADE SUPPLIES:
-Fabrics in linen, wool, cotton, and perhaps to some extent in silk;
-Every variety of pottery, from dishes and jugs of the plainest and most simple kind to the most costly and elaborate painted vases and amphorę;
-Metal utensils and arms;
-Gold and silver ornaments like  necklaces, bracelets, rings;
-Embossed shields and paterę;
-Fabrics of crimson, violet, and purple, as well as mirrors, glass vessels, and smelling-bottles, i.e.  the best of Phoenician productions that they looked to introduce where culture was more advanced, as in Greece and Southern Italy;
-Fleeces of the sheep and lambs;
-Finally also any foreign products or manufactures that the countries within the range of their influence could furnish, like for example the Egyptian statuettes and scarabs, or the Assyrian and Babylonian cylinders; the muslins and ivory of Hindustan, the shawls of Kashmir, the carpets of Babylon, the spices of Arabia, the pearls of the Persian Gulf,  the papyrus of Egypt.

LIST OF FOOD SUPPLIES (ship's store):
water, wine, oil, honey, corn, millet, onions, cheese, olives, dried beans, figs, chickpeas, raisins.

Hope this can be helpful to you.

Best regards
Maria
