Question
What please is the the Latin for "I stand above all" as in the sense of Mount Everest?

Answer
Hello,

“I stand above all”, as in the sense that someone  stands on the summit  of Mount Everest,as you say, translates into Latin as follows:

“In cacumine sum”.

If on the contrary “I stand above all” is used as in the sense that someone stands on the top, the highest level or degree that can be attained, you must say:

“Inter omnes praesto” or “Ceteris Excello”.

Best regards,
Maria

Note that:

-I stand = SUM / EXCELLO / PRAESTO

-above all = IN CACUMINE(ablative of CACUMEN) in the sense " on the summit of the mountain"/ INTER OMNES as PRAESTO takes INTER + the accusative OMNES / CETERIS (dative as EXCELLO takes the dative case)
