Question
Dear Maria! Could you translate phrase "guarded by gods" into Ancient Greek.Thank you very much.

Answer
Hello,

I’m sorry, but it’s impossible to translate "guarded by gods” in ancient Greek, since this expression needs a context such a phrase where "guarded by gods” is placed, so that it is clear the person (male/ female person in the singular /plural) this expression refers to.

Ancient Greek is in fact an inflected language where we must specify the gender (masculine/feminine), the number (singular/plural), the case which in ancient Greek are five (nominative, genitive, dative, accusative, vocative).

Regards,
Maria
