Hi, could you translate "to heal the suffering" it's a little quote from my nursing program, thanks! And I think sometimes there's more than one word you could use for a translation? If you could do the different options that'd be great, thanks again =]

If in your  phrase the infinitive ‘to heal’ is not a purpose clause, but simply a present  infinitive, here’s the translation of “To heal the suffering":

-“Aegros sanare”

If on the contrary ‘to heal’ is used as in a purpose clause which denotes exactly the purpose of the action, here’s the translation of “To heal the suffering":

-“Ad aegros sanandos”

-To heal  = SANARE (infinitive of SANO, I heal) or  AD... SANANDOS (gerundive of SANO)

-the suffering = AEGROS( accusative plural of AEGER)
