Ancient Languages/MCLMM

Question
Do you know what MCLMM means? I know there is the reference to the movie Pulp Fiction. But I have also seen it on military patches and it looks like a morale meter. I'm in the Air Force and someone in my unit has written it on several of our whiteboards but no one knows what it means. Since everything in the military (mottos and patches) is in Latin I was hoping you could help.

Thank you for your time,

Janie

Answer
Hello,

actually MCLMM has nothing to do with Latin, though at first sight it seems to be a Roman numeral.

It is instead just a quote from Pulp Fiction used by the military to describe someone ‘high-speed low-drag‘,as you can read at:
http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=high%20speed%2C%20low%20drag .

As for the acronym MCLMM, please go to the links below, as I don’t want to use such a vulgar slang which however has nothing to do with Latin,of course:
http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=m.c.l.m.m
http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=mushroom-cloud-laying%20motherfuc...

Hope this helps.
Bye,
Maria
