Answer
Hello,

the pronunciation of “Luctor et emergo” (literally, "I struggle and emerge” , i.e. I struggle and emerge victorious ), the Latin motto of the province of Zeeland, located in the south-west of the Netherlands, on the North Sea, is the following:

-L is pronounced like the L in “land”

-U is pronounced like the OO in “good”. The stress stands on this vowel.

-C is pronounced like the K in “king”

-T is pronounced like the T in “tight”

-OR  is pronounced like the OR in the conjunction  “or”

-ET is pronounced like the ET in “pet”

-E is pronounced like the  E in “pet”

-M is pronounced like the M in “mountain”

-R is pronounced like the R in “ring” or “roar”

-G is pronounced like the G in “go”

Hope this is clear enough.
Feel free however to ask me again.

Best,
Maria
